When you submit a briefing request, a job application or an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, contact details, the area you are interested in and anything you write in the message or attach as a document.

Why we collect it
We use these details only to answer your enquiry, to route it to the right AU team and, in the case of an application, to assess you for a role.

Who sees it
Information stays inside Alhamrani Universal and is shared only with the people who need it to respond to you. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are retained for as long as they remain relevant to the conversation or the recruitment process, then removed.

Security
Access to the information you send is restricted to authorised employees, under the controls that govern our wider quality and information management practice.

Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to au-info@universal.com.sa and we will act on the request.
